Common questions

Find your answer.

How long does it take to get custom wheels from China?

From the day you confirm your spec, expect 8 to 14 weeks total: 1–2 weeks to lock in the design, 6–10 weeks for production at the forge, and 1–2 weeks for shipping by air or sea. Lead times vary by factory and complexity.

Will I have to pay shipping, customs, or import VAT?

Our prices are wheels-only. Shipping is quoted separately by the factory. Customs and import VAT are paid by you directly to the courier on delivery — we never collect or remit duties. We provide a country-specific estimate before you pay so there is no surprise. For most EU countries expect roughly 20–25% on top of the wheel price; the US, UK, and other regions vary.

What if I don't like the wheels when they arrive?

Our money-back guarantee covers non-delivery and gross defects — wrong specs, structural issues, or finish flaws against the agreed reference. Subjective dissatisfaction (the bronze isn't quite the shade you imagined) is not covered, which is why we lock specs in writing before production starts.

Are these wheels road-legal in my country?

Depends on your country. EU buyers (especially Germany) should check TÜV approval; Japan requires JWL; the US looks for DOT or SAE J2530 markings. We disclose certifications per build but cannot certify on your behalf — you remain responsible for verifying road-legality where you drive.

Why are these cheaper than name-brand wheels?

You pay the factory directly with our service fee, not the brand markup. Many premium-branded wheels are made by the same Chinese forges we work with — the badge tax often doubles the price. Our fee covers factory vetting, language bridge, escrow, and the money-back guarantee.
